Guess I should update something around here.
The Oregon L5 Lunar Lavatube Base Project is no longer at NASA CoLab; however, we moved the "rocks" (cave) over to the big NSS Project here:
http://slurl.com/secondlife/National%20Space%20Society/16/14/387
...and an updated SLURL to our lunar surface inside a pressurized dome (free spacesuit at the airlock!):

But what if you've already joined Second Life, you have an avatar, you just want to jaunt over to the NSS Sim. Easy! Just follow this SLURL (Second Life URL):
http://slurl.com/secondlife/National%20Space%20Society/126/124/406

And as long as we're jaunting, visit the Oregon L5 Lunar Lavatube Base project at NASA CoLab:

Excited about the possibilities of NSS in Second Life, but too underpowered or too slow a connection to participate in Second Life itself? Do not despair! There are two ways you can still participate, enter discussions, share ideas, and keep up with what's going on. We have an open chat on the NSS MOO ( http://moo.nss.org/ ) every Thursday at 17:00 - 18:00 Pacific Time (= Second Life time) in the L5 Chat Room. From the NSS Entrance Room go (type) west.
You can also sign up in our Yahoo Tech Group, where we can share files, photos, have a calendar, etc. Please go here and join:
